Registration and Cancellation Conditions
To participate in Mental Masking trainings, please read the following registration and cancellation conditions carefully:
1. Registration Procedures:
To participate in the training, you must fill out the online registration form completely.
Registrations made via message or phone are made without the need to fill out a form.
In order to complete the registration process, the specified prepayment fee must be paid.
Your registration confirmation will be sent to you after the payment process is completed.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the participant wants to cancel the registered training at least 15 days before it starts, 80% of the payment made will be refunded.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are made less than 15 days before the start of the training.
The participant is not entitled to any refund if he/she has not completed a training that has already started or has not completed his/her participation.
3. Training Changes and Cancellations:
Mental Masking reserves the right to change the training content and dates at any time without prior notice. Although the possibility of any training date being postponed is very low, if Korzay Koçak postpones the training for any reason; The place allocated to you (if the new date is suitable for you) can be reserved for the next announced training date.
In case of training cancellation, payments made to registered participants are fully refunded.
4. Participant Changes:
If a registered participant is replaced by another participant, this change must be notified at least 7 days in advance.
